Will we have any days off during the course?

For 200 Hr TTC you will have Saturday afternoons and Sundays off.

Do you provide Yoga mats?

We can provide, but this is payable.

What should I bring for the course?

Comfortable Yoga clothes, swimwear, flip flops, preferred toiletries, and any medication you are taking or that you may need.

Is there any dress code for the course?

No, Comfortable yoga gear is recommended.

Are food and accommodation included in the fee?

An accommodation and all meals are included in the course fee.
