Hatha Yoga at Kerala Yoga Center

Asanas and Pranayama are the technique of Hatha Yoga and are the tools for gaining control of the mind. Good health, flexible body and decreased stress levels are the benefits.

Our Yoga teachers are humble, experienced and professional to teach you the Asanas and Pranayama in the holistic ancient approach as it was defined by the forefathers. We humbly invite all enthusiastic Yoga practitioners and Yoga lovers to Kerala Yoga Centre to experience the true Yoga and get the benefits.

One can practice and get depth knowledge of Yoga and meditation if they are beginners. If you are already an Yoga practitioner, you can do advance postures/asanas and make perfection in your postures with the help of tips and guidance from our Yoga teachers.

 

   Choose the right Yoga course:

We offer beginners, intermediate and advance Yoga courses in Kerala Yoga center.

Beginners Yoga Course:

Should be performed by those who have never practiced yogasanas before. Only a selection from this group, tailored to individual needs, should be practiced by those who are infirm in anyway, weak or sick. They will give greater benefits than more difficult practices. This group consists of elementary techniques designed to prepare the body and mind for major and meditation asanas. These practices are in no way inferior to the advanced asanas and are very useful in improving physical health. Experienced practitioners in particular will notice the profound yet subtle balancing effect. Included in this group are the Pawanmuktasana series, eye exercises, relaxation, pre-meditation and meditation poses, asanas performed from vajrasana, standing asanas, surya and Chandra namaskara.

Eligiblity:Any one can join who are fresh and passionate in Yoga practice

Duration:14 days

Daily schedule

90 minutes Yoga and Meditation in the morning and evening.

Intermediate Yoga Course:

The intermediate group consists of asanas which are reasonably difficult and are recommended  for people who can perform the beginners group without discomfort or strain.These asanas require a greater degree of steadiness,concentration and coordination with the breath.Included in the group are asanas performed from padmasana, backward and forward bending, spinaltwisting, inverted and balancing asanas.

Eligibility: One who is already a Yoga practitioner wants to shape and perfection in their postures.

Duration:14 days

Daily schedule

90 minutes Yoga and Meditation in the morning and evening.

Vegetarian diet (Breakfast, lunch and dinner)

Advance Level:

The advanced group  is intended for people with extensive control over their muscles and nervous system,who have already mastered the middle group of asanas,practitioners should not be too eager to start these asanas.It is preferable to practice them under the guidance of a competent teacher

Eligibility: One who is a regular yoga practitioner wants to learn more advance level yoga postures, pranayama and meditation  can join for the Advance Level.

Duration:14 days

Daily schedule

  • 60 minutes pranayama practice in the morning
  • 90 minutes Yoga & meditation in the morning&evening
  • Vegetarian diet (Breakfast,lunch and dinner
